The ground-level, 365 square-foot, one-bedroom apartment looks into our beautiful gardens and large backyard.

Separate Entrance to "Blue House"The apartment has a separate entrance and full bathroom and a kitchen complete with full-sized fridge, convection oven, toaster, microwave and dual stove-top burners.

Parking is available for one car on the street and a sheltered space is available for a bicycle.

Living Area - Side ViewOur central location near the Hillside Mall (Hillside/Shelbourne) is a few blocks from five major bus routes linking downtown, both Camosun campuses, University of Victoria, Oak Bay, Fernwood and James Bay. By bus, we are about 15 minutes from downtown and the University. It is just minutes to Camosun's Lansdowne Campus by bike or bus, and 5 minutes to UVic by car.

Separate Entrance (living area)We are just one block away from Thrifty Foods and the Hillside Shopping Mall. Other nearby amenities include photocopying, pharmacy, medical offices, post office and a variety of fast food and restaurants.

The apartment has a low ceiling, about 6'6". It won't work for tall people. The 365 square feet of floor space includes the following areas, with the kitchen adjoining the main room:

Bedroom: 7'6" x 11' = 85 square feet
Kitchen: 9' x 7' = 65 square feet
Bathroom: 8' x 6.5' = 50 square feet

Rent is $650 monthly which includes all utilities except communications (phone, cable, Internet). The heating is electric, and you have a thermostat in the apartment to control the temperature.
